Steps away, in an open-concept layout, is an 8-seat formal dining table for sit-down dinners with room for 6 additional guests at the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find top-of-the-line appliances and all the comforts of home, from a blender to a coffee maker. Ideal for families, One Empire Pass #205 also has a den with an oversized sectional sofa and a large-screen TV, allowing kids to have a movie night while parents socialize. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with four spacious suites, including a bunk room: Primary Bedroom King Bed This tranquil room, styled in cottage decor with a gas fireplace and reading chair, has a private balcony overlooking a line of aspen trees. Guests also have a SmartTV and an en-suite bathroom with a soaker bathtub and rain shower. Bedroom 2 King Bed This sunny room offers mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests also have a wall-mounted SmartTV and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in glass shower. Bedroom 3 Queen Bed This room faces the woods with lots of natural light from a floor-to-ceiling window. Guests have a SmartTV and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in glass shower. Bedroom 4 2 Twin/Queen Bunk Beds This room has two sets of custom Captain’s bunk beds, each with private storage. Guests have a SmartTV and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. As a guest of One Empire, you’ll also enjoy access to the development’s many resort-style amenities, including ski valet service, a heated infinity plunge pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a kids’ playroom with a projector screen theater and arcade. A private underground parking space makes it easy to explore Park City during your stay, from the neighboring slopes of Park City Mountain Resort to the restaurants, shops and entertainment on Main Street, both about 10 minutes away. In the summer, relax in the air conditioning of your residence -- a rarity for mountain homes – or ask our team of Park City locals for their favorite hiking and biking trails. One Empire also lies just 20 minutes from stand-up paddle boarding or boating on Lake Jordanelle. When you return home from your adventures, whether on the mountain or downtown, you’ll enjoy private elevator access directly to your residence. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Silver Strike Express Lift and ticket office. Located just outside the lounge area, the lift is approximately 20 steps away. To get home from the top of Flagstaff Mountain, take Bluebell Run (Green/Blue) to Silver Buck Run (Green), and then go from Lily Run (Green) to the base of Silver Strike Express Lift. This is where Empire One is located!
