Sprawling mountain views and all the comforts of home

The newly renovated, three-story, Birchwood Lodge log cabin features three-bedrooms, three-baths, and comfortably sleeps 11 guests.

The Birchwood Lodge cabin is stylishly decorated and offers a hot tub, both a gas and wood fireplace, and a theater room with an eight-foot screen for a movie night and large, movie-style lounge chairs. A game room, sauna, cable TV, and free high-speed internet access are also available to enhance your Smoky Mountain getaway. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for cooking and offers a six person dining table for meal time plus a propane grill outside. There are two Keurig coffee makers in the home for you as well!

Guests can choose from several sleeping accommodations, from one of the two king-sized beds, two bunk beds with queen-sized lower bunks, plus a twin bed, all with individual room amenities, ranging from fireplaces to private baths.

Enjoy the great outdoors from the spacious wrap-around deck. Soak in the hot tub, or take your morning coffee at the picnic table to take in the one-of-a-kind-views.

As our gift to you for booking with us, we will offer free admission to select Smoky Mountain attractions.  Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks Museum, the Smoky Mountain Opry and a host of other amazing experiences.  It’s our way of saying “thanks!”

For your convenience, the Birchwood Lodge has a washer and dryer. We apologize, but the Birchwood Lodge does not accommodate pets. Please note that the projector/theater room is for movie and TV use one - not for gaming systems.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing place to stay! We spent 3 nights in Birchwood Lodge. (July 21-24). We were so impressed - everything we needed was there. Extremely clean - my grandkids wanted to move in & were sad to leave. What stood out when I was looking for a place to stay was all the games there. Multi-video game machine, fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard & air hockey! The theatre room was amazing - the recliners, huge couch was so much fun. Needless to say, the kids were in heaven! There's something for everyone. Very private & the views were great from the wrap-around deck. You will not be disappointed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features, beautiful views! We visited this cabin for a girls weekend in March. We had a great time, the games, sauna and hot tub added to the fun. The views were fantastic! My only complaint was the road getting up to the cabin. It was super steep (expected for a mountainside cabin) but it had disintegrating asphalt and very large potholes. Had we not been in an SUV or had the conditions been wet or icy, it may have been impossible to access.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent stay! We stayed here with our three kids, they were in love with the theater and arcade room. The sauna and hot tub were great. The house has beautiful views and great location and nicely decorated. This was by far our favorite that we have stayed at!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful vacation! 6 adults and 5 kiddies. This house was perfect for us. Although the kitchen area is a bit small we only cooked a few meals so it wasn't usually too crowded at once. Loved the location. It was close enough to attractions but back in the woods for the view and privacy. We did several water holes, a beach on a lake, rented boats for tubing on Douglas Lake, dinner show, alpine slides, zip lining. Us living close to the beaches of New Jersey made this experience a total change from what we are use to. The only reason I gave a 4 out of five was first the road going up to the house needs repairs terribly. Second when we arrived there was heavy dust on overhead fans. Third updating needed on outside furniture. I would still recommend this cabin. We had a great time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than happy with our stay! We visited Birchwood Lodge in August 5-11, 2016. Everyone enjoyed our stay. My grandchildren loved "the cabin". More than enough space for everyone, plenty of entertaining things for the kids. The area is very quiet and peaceful yet only a few miles from area attractions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Cabin - Terrible Roads I would have given this cabin a 5 star if not for the steep, need for repair driveway. I would visit this cabin only in an SUV or Truck. Very convenient to all attractions. Great game room and media room.
