I love the fact that I didn’t have to pay 1/2 down upon booking and the balance wasn’t due until a couple of weeks before our stay.

The house was in a great location and met our needs. We had a lot of communication needs prior to the visit due to the pandemic. Sometimes the emails were delayed or no one answered the phone. Quicker turnaround was the only improvement needed. Otherwise great service and would recommend.

Quiet Time

We visited this house in the middle of October. The area was very tranquil and with low density of visitors. The weather was very nice with only a couple of days with some rain. Our goal to be here was to have freedom and space to play with our dogs in the beach. I have to say that we accomplish our goal 100%. However the beach itself is not a top-notch beach. Sand has lots of empty shells, water is very murky, and according to some locals is a hunting water for bull and tiger sharks. We did not see any but we saw lots of dolphins one day. The house was clean with plenty of comfortable rooms/beds. The kitchen is not well supplied with kitchen utensils, specially if your goal is to cook daily. If you plan to eat out and just have snacks at home it should work. The ice maker is fantastic. The living areas are very limited if the house is full. We were just 4 people so we were very comfortable but 12-14 people will be too much in my opinion. We also saw a medium-size copperhead snake by the house and a rat snake in the boardwalk. I would not consider this a negative because the house is in an area with lots of natural habitats around. Just be aware if small kids are around. We spent the whole week in the house, only one day we drove to the state park on the tip of the cape. It was a rainy day so we did not get to explore much. We had all our meals at the house so we did not visit any restaurants or local eateries.but there are not many. Regarding the effects of huracain Michael, the beach is clean and the business activity seems to be very normal.

Perfect house for large family!

Our family celebrated my husband’s 60th Birthday at Sea’s Life. It was perfect. We had one tiny maintenance issue and the repairman was there in under 10 minutes. I’d use Natural Retreats again and stay at this house!
