Natural retreats did a wonderful job of working with us and keeping us updated during the corona rental ban in Florida. They were always available when we needed them during our stay, answered quickly, and went to work fixing issues quickly as well.

We have had several rentals on the Gulf, and I have never encountered a more friendly and willing management service. Matt made a long trip to Panama City to make certain we had telephone service on the night of our arrival. He and Doug were relentless in pursuit of a remedy for the haunted smoke detectors. Dawn in the office had immediate answers to all my questions, and with everyone, no matter my need, the smiling answer and service was: “No problem, that’s my job.”

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

Scallop Pass was a perfect vacation home for our extended family and dogs. Weather was better than expected for new years week which made for an even more memorable stay. It would have been a 5 star rating if 1) the bed sheets had been softer, 2) curtains or blinds are needed over the beach front windows for night time privacy, 3) door mat need to keep out some of the beach sand 4) elevator operation was inconsistent. The home was beautiful and spacious with ample parking, convenient to Port St.Joe and with bonfires and fireworks on the beach made it an awesome get away.

Beautiful home, Great lication

Plenty of room and well-furnished. Nice value in December. Nice large kitchen and dining area for people to gather. The way the house is laid out accommodates group gatherings as well as some quiet get away areas. Had a couple issues with the elevator and other minor things, but staff very friendly and responded immediately to address.

Great setup for large family

We visited in July and had a great time. The bedroom arrangement was nice for our large family. Certain kitchen items could have been better, but hey, this place isn’t home...it’s just a vacation rental. The area is nice without all the crowds of other Florida beaches, and the kids (big and little) enjoyed the beach a lot.

Spring vacation at Scallop Pass

My "three generation family" very much enjoyed our sprig break at Scallop Pass. We stayed in same unit two years ago and was surprised at the recovery for this home from recent hurricane. I was equally surprised that my boat housed in the Port St Joe Marina barn survived--fishing is still great. We contacted local manage concerning a minor elevator problem and for additional linen which promptly and politely responded to---THANKS!

Thanksgiving 2017

Our extended family celebrated thanksgiving 2017 at scallop pass. The space was wonderful and the views breathtaking. The elevator was a plus and the deck space was ample. We were even able to bring our four legged family members along. We truly had a fabulous time!

Great family beach home!

This was a very nice, roomy home for my three generation family spring break. I would add another half star if the owner would convert his kitchen closet to a pantry. Thanks--enjoyed the stay.
