Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adorable beachfront home! Family and friends visited this beachfront home in June 2017. We had 7 in our group & still had 1 unused bedroom to give you an idea of how big this home is. The kitchen /family floor is bright &open. I had 180 views of the ocean while I cooked. You can't beat that! The amenities are great! Fire pit was used just about every night and the outdoor shower is a must after playing on the beach. Really helps keep the sand down. We had some who didn't like the sand so much & that was where the pool comes in. With the zero entery we would sit on the edge and just talk & listen to the waves. Yes, you could still hear them from the pool! We will be back. ; )

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs some TLC Had a great time, but the hot tub themomter is broke and doesn’t heat. No night pool lights. No hammock (take the picture down). Not one pot holder in the kitchen. Sheets and towels are like a cheap hotel. 2 of the dinning room chairs where broke when we tried to sit in them, they said they knew that already.... well you should have removed them, what if my mother had fallen? Nice area and House is ok, but for the price we can find higher end amineties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pool and backyard We had a great family vacation in this house. The pool is awesome as well as the backyard with the pergola and fire pit. The house has a few things that should be fixed such as the double bed mattresses downstairs and a couple of the kitchen chairs are wobbly but otherwise very nice house to stay in. Had great weather all week and when you are on vacation in Cape San Blas what else do you need?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Beach House! Our family stayed in Oh La La for a week in July and absolutely loved this house. It was our 21st visit to the Cape and we've always wanted to stay here, but for one reason or another, we were not able to book it. It is perfect! The décor and amenities are wonderful from the colors to the fire pit on the top of the dune. Our two youngest grand kids had a blast roasting marshmallows and eating s'mores around the fire pit. The pool is perfect for grandkids big and small. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful home We were that last week. June 8-15. Had a blast! We wanted to point out a few things though. Underneath all the beds the floor was filthy! One of the beds in the downstairs bedroom was broke. The toilet in the upstairs was broke, but you fixed in Monday. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was broke, but you fixed it Monday.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Make lemonade out of lemons. I just want any future renters to know that this home does not have an elevator. It says it does, and even though I emailed them prior to booking and was told that it did. If I had known that it didn't have one, I would not have booked it. It would be nice to receive some type of refund for this, but I am sure that will not happen. When we arrived at 4:15 the cleaners were still there. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to finish. The entire time the weeks worth of food we had purchased was getting hot in the truck. The past renters must have had a dog because there was dog hair everywhere. There were several piles of dog poo in the yard. The sectional in the living room is really wore out. The walk to the beach ends at the end of the dune and has not been repaired so there was like a 10 ft drop down to the beach. We had to make our way to the beach by sliding down the dune and then trying to get back up was ridiculous. We made the best of it. Just really sad that there was no elevator and no safe way to the beach. Do not rent if you have any elderly or handicap members in your group. I didn't call the rental company because what were they gonna do, it's not like they would have gave us somewhere else to stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great house, fantastic pool. needs some touches I was in the house in Feb. we heated the pool and it was wonderful. Our weather was great. We had a wonderful time and I recommend the house. However there are a few problems which could easily be fixed. Biggest downfall to the house is that there is no good access to the beach. you have a high drop off. We are in good shape, but older, this would not do for us to climb up and down the bank. we were told to use Absolute Decadence's entrance to the beach, which is also a drop off but not as steep. The people on the other side of us have a private walkway with steps, they offered to let us use it while we were there. That may not always happen for each renter. This really needs to be corrected. We had some glitches. ie. the hot tub had not been checked, and when we decided to use it, it was green and smelled and would not heat. It was fixed but took a couple days. I would check it first thing, if you intend to use it. Its a great Hot Tub. The pool service is suppose to come I think 2 times a week. they only came one time on two weeks. you can tell because a lot of the leaves from the trees and mulch get into the pool, we would have noticed. we did not call about this and could have. Our refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it was out till Sunday morning. we called and were told someone would be right out but they never came. we finally left to go to grocery store and sure enough I guess they came and left. It was fixed Monday. But sitting around waiting is annoying. The house phone did not work. we reported this 4 times. It was dead and said line in use. we could never find a phone that was off the hook. one time we were told by a young man that he personally would come out the next day and fix it. needless to say we have not seen him yet. no one ever came. we stayed at this house last year and over all it is better condition than it was then. some furniture has been replaced, it has been painted and it was MUCH cleaner than last time. As much as I have pointed out problems, we still love the house and we plan to return next year. Pool, Location and design of the house are wonderful.
