Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful beach home, great location! Our family loved spending the week at Breath of Salty Air on the Cape. We had never visited the area but quickly fell in love. The spacious floor plan, pool, close proximity to the beach, walking distance to the ice cream shop...all contributed to a great week. We had excellent response from the managing company and felt they went above and beyond. We enjoyed the Explori program with the golf and shark fishing. Overall great week and we can't wait to come back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful house ! Just returned home from this beautiful house and location. Our family of 16 had an amazing time! With the elevator our handicapped daughter was able to access every level independently and she loved it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicely appointed and convenient Overall we love the house, pool and location. Easy walk to the beach. However, some of the fan remote controls were missing making it difficult to control fans and room lights. Also, there was hair on the shower drain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice home but Too Many Issues The description of the home is deceptive regarding the beds. It was advertised that a futon bed was not n the bunk room and that was untrue. I even called and spoke to Natural Retreats to verify and they said there was a sleeper sofa in the bunk room - also untrue. We called as upon arrival and every day after and Management did nothing and offered no help - which left us short a bed for a married couple. The description fails to depict that there is no door for privacy to the bunk room. To accomplish sleeping 18 as advertised (since there is no sleeper sofa in the bunk room) - means sleeping 4 people on a full size bunk bed that squeaks and rattles and shakes every time you climb up or move an inch. Horrid situation. The Master bedroom was rediculously not equipped with curtains to offer any privacy for the immense sliding glass doors. Management refused to address the issue and to even offer a temporary solution - placed blame on the owners which is inappropriate considering how much Management keeps of the rental fee. The whole long wall in the Master bedroom is open for everyone in all the surrounding houses to see right in. We even asked neighbors to look and it is not private. We asked Management every day to offer at least temporary curtains and they refused to address the issue or keep us updated. Just no response unless we called. How very rude and inconsiderate!! Seriously. Been renting at CSB for over 20 years and never had such lack of response from the rental agency. We paid extra for heating pool and that never happened due to faulty pool heater. We called every day requesting they fix it- it never happened and no courtesy phone call from management to keep us updated on the repair- only info came if we called and most days management was clueless on status of the repair. We were only refunded that added fee after contacting the parent organization. A major factor in selecting this house to rent was the private pool and the ability to have it heated for a fee. Epic fail on part of Natural Retreat Management. None of the bedside tables had lamps to read by at night. Management said they would bring loaner ones and though we inquired daily about that - still empty promises with no follow through. You had to leave the bright rooms lights on to read at night. Would have been such an easy fix. The light in the walk in Pantry kept tripping as well as all the lights and fans on one side of the house. That also took repeated phone calls and half the week for them to get it fixed. This was the only issue eventually addressed. Such an extremely disappointing rental experience for what NR referred to as their "Flagship" rental home. Extreme disappointment and frustration.
