Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Condo, But! Awesome views from both bedroom levels. Living and dining areas not as good due to dunes but still not bad. Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Now the But! Power to unit went out twice. Had to call to get someone to show us where the main Power breaker was located. After that the A/C was not working. Had to call again. Undoubtedly tech came while we were gone because when we got back A/C was on. A/C went out a second time and another tech was sent out. He found the inside breaker panel behind a large wall print in 1st floor hallway. The breaker for the A/C had tripped. On our last full day we came in from dinner and the A/C was once again off. I went to the breaker but this time the A/C was not tripped. Since we were leaving the next morning we decided to live with it. Also receptacle in master bath did not work. Not good when wife was trying to dry her hair.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs deep clean and furnishing updates The Natural Retreats team was very helpful with booking and ensuring the arrival was smooth. However, the property was not worth the price paid. Couches were so worn the springs popped every time they were used. The second d floor room smelled so bad it couldn't be used. Rugs and carpets were soiled and dirty. The entire place just needed deep clean and updates.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs work The master bedroom bathroom tub was clogged. We had to use a different bathroom to take showers. The faucet on the kitchen sink was very loose and about to all off. Several of the electrical outlet did not work and multiple door handles were loose. Also the couch and love seat were uncomfortable and need to be updated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what we expected We visited May 20th - May 28th 2017. The location on Cape San Blas was nice, but we encountered several problems during our stay. Check in time is 4pm Eastern, we arrived at 3:45pm cleaning ladies advised they were waiting on the inspector. At 4pm still no inspector, cleaning ladies stated they had been waiting for at least 1 hour. I contacted the managing company, they said he would be there in a few minutes. We were allowed into the house at 4:40pm. Cable out until Tuesday evening. Cable personnel had to work running new cable Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. They were in and out of the house throughout the days on these days. Gas grill didn't work. 3 vanity outlets didn't work and ice maker didn't work.Television in bedroom on 2nd floor didn't work. Managing agency had to buy a new one, it was placed on Monday evening. Main water line busted Saturday evening, but we did have water returned to us quickly. Seacliffs really not a place to take a boat. Very tight parking accommodations. We have rented a house before on Cape San Blas with no problems and its the way to go.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little scruffy Overall, we liked our accommodation. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated nicely and the bedrooms are nice as well. However, the place really needs a paint job - particularly on the main floor where there are bare corners on the walls (e.g. near the front door). Also, the decor on the main floor was a little disappointing. The love seat and couch are both grubby and and the larger couch needs to replaced as the cushions are shot - you kind of sit on a slant. The living room carpet is worn out. There are a lot of "things" around the living room like very old novels and decor items that just seem like clutter and dust collectors such as fake plants, twisty grass in a vase, big wooden sculptures. An update to modernize the living room would go a long way to making it more attractive and comfortable. Despite the unit's shortfalls we give 5 stars to Natural Retreats who were very responsive and helpful. They delivered a new BBQ right away when the old one was just plain done. The windows were completely clouded over (perhaps the place hadn't been rented for a few weeks) with salt spray and Natural Retreats sent people to clean them the same day, which made all the difference. After all, if you can't see the ocean, what are we doing there? We were also pleasantly surprised with the basic provisions of dish soap, extra garbage bags, lots of soap and toilet paper to get us started. So, to recap, the owner should really update their unit and Natural Retreats could add "clean the windows" to their list before every new renter. I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone until the living area has been updated or the rent lowered accordingly.
