Sleeping six, this retreat includes three bedrooms and two baths, providing plenty of room for everyone. Guests can snooze in the two queen accommodations or opt for one of the two twins. The living room exudes color and personality, with yellow and turquoise walls and a red sofa. There is a flat-screen television for movie nights, and a coffee table, perfect for playing board games. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for meal prep, and dinners can be enjoyed at the four-person table, or take to the screened-in porch to dine at the six-person table. Additional seating is found at the kitchen counter. There is also a charcoal grill available. Greet the morning from the porch, and take your coffee to one of the lounge chairs to prepare for a fun-filled day. The property also includes an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer. There is a shared fire pit with the upper unit. Please note, this listing is only for the lower unit with private entry. There is a maximum off street parking of 3 cars. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
