Welcome to Marsh Haven. This charming town home is located in the quiet North End of Tybee Island and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and features four porches—one of which is screened-in. When entering the home, there is a staircase that goes up to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The open concept living area on the main floor features plenty of windows, which allow for brilliant light to flow into the home. The kitchen is sure to delight amateur and seasoned cooks alike. It comes replete with plenty of counter space for meal preparation, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and ample cabinet space. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a spacious living room just off the kitchen which boasts a comfy sectional sofa, a wall mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a screened-in porch with outdoor seating and marsh views. There is a half-bath off the living room. The lower level of the home has a patio which looks out onto the lawn and the marsh beyond it. The yard is the perfect spot for barbequing, playing lawn games, or just relaxing while taking in the view. At the end of a busy day exploring Tybee Island, guests can get some much-needed rest in one of three bedrooms located on the top floor. There are two staircases with a landing in between to the top floor where the bedrooms are located. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, flatscreen TV, and a private porch with lovely marsh views. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have a full-sized bed and a queen, plenty of closet space, and access to a shared porch. The second full bath is located in the hallway next to the full-sized bedroom. We ask that our guests park their cars in the garage, which can accommodate two vehicles. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters. Tybee Island STVR Permit No: STR.2021.00890

    Great place to stay! Make sure if you drive a truck only drive one and a car we drove two trucks and the parking got very tricky. I believe that’s listed but didn’t pay attention to it. But other than that Great place.
