Rated 3 out of 5 by from excellent location I visited this condo in late July in the middle of a heat wave and found that it was uncomfortably warm in the afternoon though it did cool off at night..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Solid C Average This property is very hard to find if you dont know where it is. Goolge, Waze, etc. will not take you to the right entrance. Please read the 2nd page of the directions they send, this is the only way we were able to find the property!!!! A warning on the top to alert people to this would be helpful. Once at the right location, parking is confusing, the book lists parking in visitor spots only and does not leave passes, but so many areas were not labeled with anything, making it hard to know if we were in the wrong spot. A diagram in the welcome book of allowable parking areas would be helpful. We didnt get a ticket, but were worried about it. We are a family of four, and the property was definitely big enough, but the space is laid out in an odd way. Although the 2-story town home is large, the two adult bedrooms are soooooo tiny!!!! They are a full bed with poor quality bedding (no headboard in the master) and flat pillows. There are no TVs in the adult bedrooms, but an older one in the kids bunk area. The kitchen and main area is updated, but the bedroom and baths are not, so its a bit misleading when looking at the ad for the updated kitchen area. (Caveat- the dishwasher is a brand I have never heard of and does not get the dishes dry. Everything was covered in water beads and had to be flipped, left open to air dry for an extended period of time). The master bath is very very small and my husband had to brush his teeth outside the door so we didnt bump into each other. The kids bath downstairs is a bit bigger with a tub. You can see the owners put in a new water heater in Nov of 2017 with copper pipes, but this is not enough to combat the cold. We did a small bath for the kids, and when I went to run my own bath it went cold before the tub was full enough. (Upstairs bath also had floaty/dusty pieces in the water, so may not have been cleaned) I had no run any other appliance yet that day. So, plan on one short shower at a time and then give the tank time to warm back up. This would be hard if you had a large group that all needed showers. A tankless heater may have been a better choice for this location. The house, especially the bunk room, is very kid friendly, but do not plan on any actual kid items like high chairs, pack n play, or games. (We didnt need these, but would have a year ago) You'll need to make other plans if you need these items. The entry way with boot racks is spacious with a lot of room for drying snow gear, which is very appreciated. The pool being closed during the winter (other proprieties we viewed keep them open and heat them high) and no spa were kind of a bummer. Our friends at a different property had one and we used theirs, but you may not have this option. Overall is was a solid average stay in a partially updated townhome in an older complex on the edge of downtown. We wouldnt want to walk from there, but the drive in was less than a minute or 2.
