Specatular setting, spectacular stay!

Just spent a weekend at the Nest. I have visited Sun Valley regularly for over twenty years, and this is the best location, view, and amenities. Lovely view of the mountain and River Run. I walked in my ski boots to the hill, but there is a bus. The condo is updated with a great kitchen, fireplace, and comfy beds, Can't wait to stay in the summer and enjoy the view deck. No complaints!

Exquisite space. Obviously created by an artist!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a month in November. Every detail was a delight, from the perfection in the living areas to the fully equipped kitchen, to the breathtaking views of Baldy in the snow. The condo is accessible byelevator from the street and from the parking garage. Nothing is left to chance. If you desire any amenity you will find it here. We look forward to many more visits.

Could be Five Stars

We arrived to read the note "Sorry the facet on the soaking tub does not work a part has been ordered", Given that this is a major amenity of the home we would expect more. Given that it was I, my wife, and 4 1/2 year old traveling it was a more significant let down as our daughter's favorite nighttime ritual is to take a bath prior to going to bed. The site parking is fabulous however while calling and asking to get to it, the concierge could only tell us that it was on site and seemed clueless on how to get to it. We found it but not the easiest when it is dark and you're unfamiliar with the area. We could never find the remote for the fire place as spelled out in the information booklet but it did work somewhat from a wall switch. I question how clear the description of the property is in noting that the home is next to highway 75 but I do not plan to go back and read it. I also question the suggestion that everything is in walking distant. I would argue that while the home is close to town, in the winter and with a 4 1/2 year old, nothing is within walking distant. Many of the door's hardware needs to be tightened before they falloff, I know the hardware well and it is problematic. One of the kitchen cabinets is hanging by one hinge as well. While I consider most of the negatives minor it all had a cumulative effect. While we were there Natural Retreats emailed us a half of dozen marketing emails, and one stay specific email informing us that checkout was 10 AM. We knew that. While I would much prefer to spell out all the positive aspects of the home as I think the place is great. The price seemed very reasonable however it is the marketing, and concierge side of thing could d be improved.
