The house and property were awesome. There was plenty of space for kids to run around and play. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect as everyone had their own private space. The house was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils and we were able to cook all of our meals there. The grocery store in Breckenridge was just a quick trip from the house to get food/supplies, but is still far enough away from the town to feel like you are deep in the forest with plenty of privacy from other homes in the area. The hot tub, pool table, and shuffleboard were great ways to entertain our group.
There is no internet without the wifi, so it would be good to write down the wifi info, door codes, etc. that are sent to you prior to check-in as you won't be able to access that once you are on the property. There is no umbrella/cover on the back patio so the afternoons are full sun with no shade. Great place though and we loved every minute. We would definitely recommend!
