Pet-friendly, waterfront home in Coffin Point with fire pit

Located on the St. Helena Sound, Southern Sea-Esta is the perfect getaway to relax and maybe take a siesta or two! The natural setting and the calm beach that is steps away make for great relaxation and privacy. The property is located in the Coffin Point Plantation, you'll recognize the Avenue of the Oaks in films such as Forrest Gump!

Choose to get your beauty rest in any one of the three spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and the final bedroom has twin over full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms in the home.

The living room features a large, flat-screen television complete with cable and a sliding glass door, providing access to the back deck. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring both large and small appliances for your convenience. This home is also outfitted with a pool table for those afternoons/evenings that aren't appropriate for beach-going. Dine together at the six-person table and find additional seating at the counter. To dine in the beauty of the outdoors, take your plates to the back deck and sit at the picnic table and enjoy the ocean view.

Enjoy the beautiful waterfront right outside the home - a fantastic place to fish and kayak. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Secluded location, adventurous Upon arrival, the grass was not cut, which made fire pit unusable. The tub was stopped up and the staff took care of problem, the handle on commode sticks, air filters are dirty....fees are astronomical. Fishing was OK during high tide, oyster beds are plentiful so bring plenty of rigs for fishing. Mosquitoes are plentiful so bring plenty of bug spray. Board games and pool were fun. They offer 2 kayaks, which one of them has a hole. Coffer maker broke on 2nd day but was replaced. Hunting island has a nice beach. Exploring the area via golf cart was the best time, many areas to venture into, Spanish moss is very beautiful on the trees....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect, relaxing getaway from the world! This gorgeous site at St. Helena is perfectly situated for a private, beachside experience suitable for up to six people. We were two middle-aged couples looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, and the ability to make our own meals, and this site delivered perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean--maybe the cleanest AirBNB I've stayed in--and beds and furniture were very comfortable. The back deck has plenty of seating to enjoy views of the ocean and beach, with enough loungy surfaces (including a hammock!) to allow all four of us to take a nap outside one delightful afternoon. Hosts brought their A game as far as communication, access, and amenities. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dreamy getatway We loved the house and its location: beautiful sunrises, sunsets and perfect storms! We didn't have the best of weather during our stay but the house is very well appointed, comfortable and we never ran out of things to do. We had the chance to explore the surrounding area more than years past. The neighbors are also the sweetest people ever. Cons are that the beach is really muddy with sharp oyster shards, as per the house description, and the bay very shallow. Also, Hunting Island State Park was closed the entire week we were there due to weather related flooding so have a back up plan!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the view We just got home from our week long stay at Southern SeaEsta. While the house had an awesome view and great location...we were discouraged by all the oyster shells and bugs. Im aware that it comes with the property but a little heads up would have been nice. The property mgr helped with washer situation and all were available to help with any issues we had. My family love the area and would love any other referrals on other houses similar and pet friendly in the surrounding islands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful view We had our family vacation with our 2 younger grand kids July 4th week! The house is nice, very clean and had everything you need! We took our chairs and tent but I think they did have chairs in there storage. It’s a very comfortable house with a beautiful view! The beds are very comfortable! The couch could be replaced! Overall very nice house! It’s NOT a beach you can swim on! The oyster Beds are there and you need shoes to get in !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Southern Sea Esta House I visited a home in St.Helena, SC., that was beautiful. My family and I loved it, it was oceanfront. The only draw back was you couldn’t swim in the ocean. A park was close by that we could go swimming. But the fishing in front of the house was amazing, for we are avid fisherman’s. We had so much fun catching and releasing ocean creatures. Had an amazing time at this beautiful place. Thank you Terina

Rated 4 out of 5 by from loved location, would not choose this home 1. Bathroom downstairs - toilet runs intermittently & the threshold at the door is not attached at all 2. The grill is out of gas - and doesn’t get any hotter than 225 - most likely one of the burners is dead 3. Delivery of a 2nd kayak since one at the home had a hole, was greatly appreciated! We went out every day! 4. The bed sizes were not as advertised - made sleeping difficult for my 6’2” father in law and my husband and I. 5. Linens provided - I would have thought beach towels would be part of this, since it is a beach house.... 6. The light in the fridge needs to be replaced. It works, but barely. 7. Outdoors - an umbrella at the table would be nice, since the deck is burning hot if barefoot. 8. All the items provided were great & lasted a good while! 9. Amanda’s prompt attention to anything she had the ability to fix was wonderful! I know she has a difficult job and her kindness did not go unnoticed! My family thanks you for a great beach week together!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So relaxing! We visited in late September for our 20th anniversary and had a ball fishing and playing pool at night. The sunrises were breathtaking and the house was well stocked with kitchen items, complimentary toiletries and laundry detergent. It was just a lovely small, relaxing home that I would highly recommend.
