36 Inkberry is an amazing house. 14 foot ceilings, large modern kitchen, expansive dining table, cozy front porch swing, comfy beds- I could go on and on. Four kids and four adults had a 5 star stay in late April. The only minor criticisms I have are that the grill needs to be replaced and the suspension on the golf cart leaves a lot to be desired. We loved the house and were impressed with how clean it was and how many essential suppplies were stocked in the cabinets. We had an issue where our golf cart broke down. The staff was extremely polite and friendly as well as sympathetic, but we were disappointed it took nearly 48 hours to fix. This has been our third time to come but our first to stay at 36 Inkberry and it was hands down our favorite. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations- the space, the location, etc! Watercolor is our favorite and that’s saying a lot because we have kids that range from toddlers to 18 and it’s everyone’s favorite!

36 Inkberry property was PERFECT! Clean, spacious {every bedroom has its own full bathroom}, TONS of kitchen tools and appliances, outdoor covered screened porch with fireplace was 100% why we booked this property and it was perfection seeing that it was cold and rainy for 1/2 the trip.

Check in w 360 and house was great. Location was good. Everything for property is a 10 except back porch area. Saturday games are hard to watch on porch with seating, TV size and mounted height… outside/porch fireplace is a real bonus- i suggest having firewood available for guest’s use… overall a great home and experience

We enjoyed our stay in Watercolor. The staff of 360 Blue was readily available. Our less than 10 rating was because we did ask about a parking pass for our 3 vehicles as the home we rented had listed 3 parking places. We were told we could only have 2 passes but that we did not need a pass if parked in our driveway. While we understood that, if you have 3 couples going various places in WC, you need a pass to park in other areas. They explained they would check on this. We called back several...

Beautiful house but kitchen dishes/glasses in poor condition and disappointed that the golf cart was not in working order during our entire stay, we had counted on that to go between several houses booked through you for a wedding weekend. We also were the only house in our group that didn't receive the welcome cooler etc... Also found the app not very user friendly, difficult to get in touch with management. We had a great time, big enough house. We thought there was going to be 10 people but 5 weren't able to make it. So plenty big for 5 people. Great house, loved the golf cart. It's open floor plan and huge dining table and comfy living room accommodated our group of 11 well. We spent many hours on both porches! This was a wonderful house with a great lay-out, upscale furniture and kitchen. The upstairs living area was great for the kids. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.
