The main level, with beautiful slate tile flooring, has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating for four and opens to a comfortable living room with a river rock fireplace and flat screen television/entertainment center with DVD player. A full bathroom and lovely deck and furnishings complete the main level. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary also has a flat screen television/entertainment center with DVD player. No gas or charcoal BBQ's allowed at this unit. Separate from each other but situated side by side, Villager 1220 and Villager 1218 can be booked together for extended families looking to stay close. No garage with this unit. All parking in in the main lot first come first serve. Sun Valley Amenities are now limited to the following: offering access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool and Olympic Pool during the summer and the Inn Pool in the winter. Receive 15% discount on the following Sun Valley Activities: Tennis & Pickleball Court Fees · Package price at the Gun Club · One-hour trail ride at the Sun Valley Stables.     I enjoyed my stay in Sun Valley again this year and booked lodging arrangements through Natural Retreats. They made sure the Villager I rented was clean and well stocked. Also booking through Natural Retreats was very easy and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Natural Retreats and am booking the same Villager again next year!

    Stephen, Thank you so much for sharing this phenomenal property with us. We've never stayed in a better place. It felt like home the moment we walked in the front door. Top to bottom, beginning to end, it was perfect. Everything from the downstairs bath to the kitchen, living room, fireplace, upstairs bedrooms and washer dryer. It was perfection. We especially loved the Jane Wooster Scott prints. She's one of our favorite puzzle artists. Thank you again for an unbelievable and memorable experience. The memories will last a lifetime. We drove from and to Boise - which was another great experience. What a capital building. Sam, Sue and John.
