Ideal for guests seeking slopeside lodging with a village atmosphere, this 4-bedroom deluxe cottage in the Silver Star community offers ski-in, ski-out access through a private funicular, front-desk concierge service, an open-air plaza with an on-site restaurant, and an on-site ski equipment shop. Please be advised that the Silver Star lift is operated by Park City Resort and access is not guaranteed. Lift operations are dependent on weather and resort staffing. Guests of Silver Star also enjoy the heated swimming pool and oversized hot tub, fitness suite, ski locker room and community fire pits. This cottage, which sits directly on the mountain for a tranquil atmosphere, has a private hot tub, gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, gas fireplace, and BBQ grill. Ideal for families, the home features two living areas, including a game room with a wet bar, private elevator, and Xbox. Styled in ultra-modern decor with contemporary artwork, crystals, chandeliers and bold accent colors, the home greets guests to an open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, a sectional sofa, and a modern box-style fireplace. A chic dining table with breakfast bench seats up to 12 guests, with 4 stools at the breakfast bar offering a cozy spot for morning coffee. Four spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, each with an en-suite bathroom and Satellite TV: Primary Bedroom – Entry Level King Bed Styled in modern decor, this room has vaulted ceilings, a crystal chandelier, fur throw rug and comfy reading chair. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a step-in glass shower and a soaker bathtub. Guest Bedroom – Upper Level King Bed This stylish room has vaulted ceilings, a starburst chandelier, and two roomy nightstands. The en-suite bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub. Bedroom 3 – Upper Level 2 Queens Styled with bright colors and bold patterns, this mod room has a snowflake-inspired chandelier, wall-to-wall picture window, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. Bedroom 4 - Lower Level 2 Double Bunk Beds Sleep up to 4 guests in this roomy guest suite with two custom, built-in bunk beds. Access the full-sized top bunks from a custom staircase. This room opens onto a patio area through a wall of glass doors. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a step-in shower. The lower level also boasts a chic lounge with a wrap-around sofa and large-screen Satellite TV with Xbox 360. A private washer and dryer and two powder rooms add convenience. With a private funicular, the on-site Silver Star Express chairlift, and free city bus service throughout Park City, Silver Star #41DX is ideally situated for a car-free ski vacation. In the summer, guests enjoy on-site access to some of Park City’s prime hiking and mountain biking trails, with open-air concerts and al fresco dining at the Silver Star Cafe. To explore the surrounding area, from paddleboarding on Lake Jordanelle to skiing at Utah’s nearby resorts, take advantage of a heated 2-car garage. However you choose to enjoy Park City, Silver Star #41DX offers the space, location, and amenities to provide a lodge-style experience with all the comforts of home. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Silver Star Lift. Exit the cottage and walk carefully downhill to Silver Star Court. On the right where the road bends sharply left, there is a small, paved path that ends at the ski lockers and funicular. Ride up to the Silver Star Run (Blue) that ends at the base of the Silver Star Lift and ticket office. To get home from the Silver Star Run (Blue), stop when the funicular is visible and head back to the ski lockers and cottages.

    The house was lovely, the view was great and the space was perfect for our two families of adults and teens. There was a fantastic restaurant at the bottom of the hill. The Silver Star lift was not open while we were there, but the shuttle was quick & responsive so getting to an open lift (Payday) was no issue and a short 5 minute shuttle ride away. We enjoyed staying in this lovely and well equipped home!
