This place was one of our favorites! The hosts were quick to respond to questions! They provided lots of extras that we have always had to bring in the past.. and check out was a breeze! The views were great and they had a good selection of books to read on rainy days.. it was also an easy walk to the beach! Really felt like a vacation!

This is the unit that you want. Based on the other units in the building, this one has the nicest accomadations. Its very close to the beach. One tip, Google Maps couldn't locate it well, but Apple Maps pinpointed it. Would stay again.

Overall this was a nice rental with easy access to the beach. The main living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, better knives than most rentals and a nice selection of storage containers, but missing some standard kitchen items (mixing bowls). The bathrooms could use some attention in order to match the overall feel of the house.

Renting with 360 Blue made our trip a breeze. The remote check-in is so convenient, and unlike renting with other agencies, we didn't have to clean the unit before leaving - just turn off the lights! This was such a perk! 360 Blue also has an app with lots of information including check-in, check-out, area activities and restaurants, and contact numbers. We look forward to using 360 Blue again.

Contacted 360 more than once before trip with questions no response return from representative had to call back. During our stay contacted 360 for maintenance on ceiling fan. Maintenance representative looked at fan and never was repaired during our stay. Unit needs Coverage on top deck. No outside seating on back deck. Mattress on other bed was not very comfortable.

Great location. Easy to walk to beach. View is somewhat blocked by two other homes but didn’t impact our stay. Inside could stand to be updated but worked well for 4 adults and 1 child.

What an ideal location for a family beach trip! We were seconds from the sand, minutes from St. Joe Shrimp
Company and Weber’s Donuts, and could watch sunsets right from the balcony. We hope to be back!

The condo was in a perfect location, clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. I did not give a 10 due to the fact that our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo had 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire condo. I can purchase toilet paper for 25 cents a roll at Sam's club so was a little frustrating with all the money spent on a 5 night stay. I personally was blown away to have a personal text from Dawn welcoming us and providing us with instant assistance for the duration of our stay.
