The nearby dining area offers seating for 6 and is the perfect place to relive memories from the day over a comforting dinner. Also on the second floor is the cozy primary bedroom, which features a plush king bed and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a stacked washer and dryer. Two additional bedrooms are available on the third level and offer differing sleeping arrangements. The final bedroom offers a built-in twin-over-full bunk bed—the perfect setup for younger guests! This home’s central location puts you just minutes away from the base of Peak 9 and close to some of the most beautiful walking trails in the area—including Burro Trail and The Illinois Creek Trail.     In appreciated that someone reached out to make sure all was well the day we arrived. The description of the property says there are three parking spots, but in reality there was only one.

    My stay at a Natural Retreats property was a great experience. The onsite team was very responsive when my family and I arrived and could not find the correct entrance. Natural Retreats made my stay a smooth and enjoyable vacation. The property was clean and prepared for our stay-complete with plenty of towels, complementary starter set of supplies, and great amenities. Also, the dishwasher was not working properly and Natural Retreats was responsive and sent someone out to fix it.
