The historic renovation effort of the Bull Barn Cottage was completed in 2006 on the Herdsman Cottage and Bull Barn has since provided a convenient and comfortable home away from home. Sleeping four, this two-bedroom, two-bath cottage is set against a beautiful backdrop of the Allegheny Mountains and is located a short walk away from the Milk House Market and the Old Dairy Community Center.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized accommodations with full baths. The kitchen is fully-stocked and equipped for meal prep, all that can be enjoyed at the four-person dining table. The cozy living room offers comfortable seating and a television, perfect for unwinding after an eventful day of exploring the state park.
Gorgeous views of rolling pastures and impressive mountains completes this cottage’s rustic, country ambiance and perfectly enhances your Hot Springs getaway.
For your convenience, the Bull Barn Cottage includes free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the Old Dairy Community Center which offers a seasonal, outdoor pool, large indoor hot tub, game room and fitness center.
We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as the Bull Barn Cottage does accommodate pets for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

The house was exceptionally clean! We’ve never staid with air bnb in a cleaner home. The all hours service is nice too. We called early evening and got a quick response and resolution.

What a lovely stay in Warm Springs! The cottage was excellent and extremely comfortable. We loved the access to the Dairy Community Center across the street and used it several times - including the hot tub! We love the quiet surroundings and beautiful mountains. Warm Springs is a must see.

One of the best stays in Hot Springs we have ever had. We normally stay at The Omni Homestead but decided to do something different. The cottage was wonderful and the amenities were excellent. We wished we had stayed longer, but don't worry, we will be back!!

The Bull Barn was my best vacation rental to date. The furnishings, mattresses, linens, and interior design were tasteful and of high quality. The interior and landscape were impeccably clean and welcoming. Between the house and community center across the road, I was entertained and extremely comfortable with countless creature comforts.
