Once a part of the historic ‘King Gillette Estate,’ owned by the inventor best known for his eponymous razors, Hacienda Gillette is a charming example of Spanish architecture in The Mesa neighborhood. Set against soaring palm trees and a dramatic mountain backdrop, the single-level home boasts terracotta roofs, desert gardens and a Renaissance style fountain. Newly renovated with an attached casita, the property has a private pool and spa, shaded patio seating, dining pergola, and outdoor fire pit. The property is bursting with lush landscaping and is fully gated for privacy.
Inside, a sprawling, open floor plan welcomes guests with modern decor and a European flair. In the living room, spend relaxing evenings by the gas fireplace, or unwind with a classic movie on the SmartTV.
The gourmet kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a gas range, blender, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. On days when you’ve had your fill of desert sun, enjoy dinner around the 4-seat dining table.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, Hacienda Gillette has three spacious bedroom suites, each with a private TV and bathroom with a bidet and heated toilet seat:

This room has vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled step-in shower and a window with garden views.

This convenient room lies just off the living area. Guests have garden views through tall windows and a jack and jill bathroom with a step-in shower.
Bedroom 3 - Casita

Located in the attached casita, this room offers maximum privacy. Guests have an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book with us in the city of Palm Springs, CA.
Hacienda Gillette will allow up to one dog per stay, for an additional fee of $150, plus tax.

What an incredible home in the best area of Palm Springs! Sparkling clean, quiet neighborhood, and no wind, Hacienda Gillette has exceptional mountain views. It is apparent this home is well cared for and maintained. The beds are so comfortable and all King size! Perfect for a group, couples, or family. The tile pool is stunning and I loved being able to put up the umbrellas and sit on the Baja shelf. Wish I could give this more than 5 stars!

I’ve tried several Palm Springs rental companies and this is now my second or third with natural retreats and it’s by far the best. It comes down to two things: the attentive and hospitable customer service before, during and after the stay. And the properties themselves are 5 star, meticulous, and luxurious. You can tell someone actually cares and understands what a client seeking a 5 star experience is looking for. Hacienda Gillette was the perfect accommodation for a desert getaway! Fully equipped and beautifully appointed, our group of four (two couples) felt so comfortable in this exceptional home. We were easily able to cook a meal in the meticulously stocked kitchen and after a day of lounging in the stunning pool/spa, everyone had their own space including en-suites to retreat to. The seclusion and privacy of the property is unparalleled and yet so close to downtown and all Palm Springs (and the Coachella Valley) has to offer! I highly recommend this retreat and would gladly stay here every time I visit Palm Springs.

Great location in Palm Springs, the house is very well equipped, clean, well designed and comfortable. Gorgeous pool, great outdoor dining areas perfect for grilling and enjoying the sunshine!
Natural retreats were super easy to communicate with and even brought us extra hangers when we asked if it was possible. This property is great for families or friends, a short drive to great restaurants, things to do and hikes!
