As we all work through the challenges that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting to our daily lives, we at Natural Retreats want you all to know that we are with you in navigating through this challenging time. You may know us as a guest, a homeowner, a team member, a partner, a vendor or a friend. Our goal in this time is to work alongside each of you to do our best to keep you safe and provide you with the best service possible given the constraints of our collective situation.

In each of our locations and each of our offices, we have taken steps to minimize the spread of the virus and to embrace social distancing. In our sites across the country, we have instituted policies and procedures to reduce all interactions, balancing the need to support our guests and to clean and protect the properties that have been entrusted to our care by homeowners.

We are grateful and appreciative of the tens of thousands of guests we have had the pleasure of serving, the thousands of homeowners that entrust their vacation homes with us, and the hundreds of Natural Retreats associates around the country who focus on ensuring that each guest experience creates lifelong memories.
