While we all look forward to a time in the not so distant future when we will be able to go about our normal lives, we at Natural Retreats believe it is important for all of us to play our part in minimizing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage everyone to comply with all recommendations from local, state, and national health officials.
Our primary concern is the health, welfare, and safety of our guests and our employees. Wherever practicable, our employees are working remotely; for those who are unable to do so, we are taking all possible precautions to minimize contact and maintain social distancing measures. Under these circumstances, we appreciate your understanding as our employees have had to modify our standard procedures and practices, in some cases impacting the in-person service levels for which we are known. Be assured, however, that every Natural Retreats property is being thoroughly cleaned and prepared for its next guest.
Meanwhile, our reservations team remains available to answer any questions, help you manage any current bookings impacted by restrictions, and collaborate with you on future travel plans.
In compliance with local and state orders, many of our destinations are currently closed or under some form of restriction that may impact your stay. If you have a booking scheduled for any time through May 31st, we recommend that you email or call our reservations team for information and guidance at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-805-7794. This is a highly fluid situation and we appreciate your understanding as we seek to assist you in navigating local restrictions and ensuring the safest possible experience for all.
We, like you, hope for a speedy and complete recovery as soon as possible, when we can all travel freely and enjoy the beautiful locations Natural Retreats has to offer once again.
We will be here for you when that time comes. In the meantime, please be safe.

As we all work through the challenges that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting to our daily lives, we at Natural Retreats want you all to know that we are with you in navigating through this challenging time. You may know us as a guest, a homeowner, a team member, a partner, a vendor or a friend. Our goal in this time is to work alongside each of you to do our best to keep you safe and provide you with the best service possible given the constraints of our collective situation.
In each of our locations and each of our offices, we have taken steps to minimize the spread of the virus and to embrace social distancing. In our sites across the country, we have instituted policies and procedures to reduce all interactions, balancing the need to support our guests and to clean and protect the properties that have been entrusted to our care by homeowners.
Our phones, email, and live chat all have extended hours and are attended to by our teams that are working remotely across the country. If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to call or email our team at (877) 805-7794 or email@example.com.
We are constantly assessing the changing national, state, and local guidance and regulations and are reviewing our policies and procedures in real-time. If you have questions about scheduled stays for later this year, please be patient. We will update our communications as warranted.
We are all in this together and we all have a part to play. We are grateful and appreciative of the tens of thousands of guests we have had the pleasure of serving, the thousands of homeowners that entrust their vacation homes with us, and the hundreds of Natural Retreats associates around the country who focus on ensuring that each guest experience creates lifelong memories. We thank you for your understanding as we all navigate through these challenging times.
Please be safe and follow the guidance that is being issued by national and local authorities. This too shall pass and we look forward to welcoming you in the future to a much needed – and well deserved - vacation!
