While we all look forward to a time in the not so distant future when we will be able to go about our normal lives, we at Natural Retreats believe it is important for all of us to play our part in minimizing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage everyone to comply with all recommendations from local, state, and national health officials.

Our primary concern is the health, welfare, and safety of our guests and our employees. Wherever practicable, our employees are working remotely; for those who are unable to do so, we are taking all possible precautions to minimize contact and maintain social distancing measures. Under these circumstances, we appreciate your understanding as our employees have had to modify our standard procedures and practices, in some cases impacting the in-person service levels for which we are known. Be assured, however, that every Natural Retreats property is being thoroughly cleaned and prepared for its next guest.

Meanwhile, our reservations team remains available to answer any questions, help you manage any current bookings impacted by restrictions, and collaborate with you on future travel plans.

In compliance with local and state orders, many of our destinations are currently closed or under some form of restriction that may impact your stay. If you have a booking scheduled for any time through May 31st, we recommend that you email or call our reservations team for information and guidance at or 877-805-7794. This is a highly fluid situation and we appreciate your understanding as we seek to assist you in navigating local restrictions and ensuring the safest possible experience for all.

We, like you, hope for a speedy and complete recovery as soon as possible, when we can all travel freely and enjoy the beautiful locations Natural Retreats has to offer once again.

As we all work through the challenges that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting to our daily lives, we at Natural Retreats want you all to know that we are with you in navigating through this challenging time. You may know us as a guest, a homeowner, a team member, a partner, a vendor or a friend. Our goal in this time is to work alongside each of you to do our best to keep you safe and provide you with the best service possible given the constraints of our collective situation.

In each of our locations and each of our offices, we have taken steps to minimize the spread of the virus and to embrace social distancing. In our sites across the country, we have instituted policies and procedures to reduce all interactions, balancing the need to support our guests and to clean and protect the properties that have been entrusted to our care by homeowners.
