Enjoy your next stay in Mammoth in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the top floor of the Lincoln House, which overlooks the serene reflection pool and swimming area in the Village.

This unit features a king bed in the master suite, with a private bath and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and for additional sleeping there is a pull-out couch in the living room. As a guest of the Village, you will also enjoy free underground parking, a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and free use of ski lockers.

The Village at Mammoth was designed to be a vibrant, exciting place to stay, meaning that guests can expect to have a certain level of activity, especially during weekends up to 10pm. Please inquire with your Xplore team member for further details.

From any of lodges in the Village at Mammoth, guests have access to the shops and restaurants that the Village boasts throughout the open air plaza, which is within walking distance. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating areas year-round, allowing a wonderful opportunity for people watching. This active haven makes Mammoth Lakes a hotspot for bustling year-round activity.

There is no WiFi in this home.

Please note : Parking is limited and the Village only allows 1 parking pass per condo, regardless of the size. The Village will not make any exceptions.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. Everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning to the property.

We liked the place, it was clean and well-stocked. The only problem we saw during our stay was that the patio door was too difficult to open, and on the first day the rooms were too warm to comfortably sleep in. It was also more expensive than previous rentals of similar quality in Lincoln House, so we'll be sure to shop around for next year's rental to make sure we're not overpaying or can stay longer. Thanks!

Rude Customer Service

when we arrived, the unit was incredibly hot....very hard to regulate main living area as it's heated with a gas fireplace....finally had to open a door to cool it off, probably need to figure that out, as we should not have to open a door when it's 2 degrees outside.... as for the RUDENESS....i called your 24 hour line and Kendra finally called me back and i was looking for the Wi-Fi log on so i could respond to multiple business emails. she proceeded to attempt to lecture me on this unit not providing wi-fi, when i was holding YOUR posting on the refrigerator that stated "complimentary wi-fi"....she finally gave me a wi-fi and password from a unit one floor below and down the hall and said "i hope it works " THEN HUNG UP ON ME.....I called back and requested to have a Manager call me to get this resolved, this request was on 11/28...it is now 12/3 and have not had anyone return my call...apparently Kendra either didn't pass on the request, or the Manager doesn't care to call me back......My family and Many friends are IKON pass holders and we frequent Mammoth MANY times a year, and unfortunately, due to the rudeness of Kendra, i will NEVER recommend Natural Retreats to anyone!......you lost a customer...and it was a simple solution.....

Great view and location

Natural Retreats had to move us to a different location as our first rental unit was recently sold . We were very happy with our new location in the Mammoth Lakes Village Lincoln House unit.

Great unit overlooking the pool

I would highly recommend this unit. The VRBO process with Natural Retreats was pretty seemless. Just had to go to their office to get the keys.

Mammoth Condo.

We had a great visit to the condo this past weekend. It was great service and a really mice location within the Village. My only recommendation would be bring your own pillows. The staff, check-in and continued service ws great.

Love it!

This is actually the second time I've used Natural Retreats at the Village. The first time, my 3 little guys(2, 3 and 6) stayed for an entire week, and had the very best time ever! This past weekend we came up on Thursday and left Sunday, and it was again fabulous. The accommodations are perfect. I plan on coming back up for the same festival in 2017. Each year I try to convince friends to join me.
