A recently renovated 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bath unit located in the popular Summit condominium project, Summit 274 is located immediately across from Eagle Lodge and just a short stroll to the slopes.

This property offers many upgraded features including a comfortable leather couch, a 32" flat screen TV, and a DVD & iPod dock station. The upstairs master bedroom provides a large king bed, with private flat screen TV and a beautifully upgraded shared bath. The loft area is great for another couple with a queen bed and private TV, and the kids will enjoy their own bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping up to 4.

The Summit complex offers luxurious Jacuzzis to soothe your sore muscles at the end of a satisfying day on the slopes, along with a great fitness room for those who can't find enough exercise outdoors. During the summer there is also a nice pool and tennis courts available to guests.


We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648-0042 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great home away from home! Our group of ten truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were updated and very clean. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare home cooked meals. The washer/dryer combo was very useful. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fireplace. The designated parking space was very convenient. We made use of the hot tub that was located right across from our condo. That was a nice treat after a day of hiking. The house itself was very beautifully decorated and we felt very at home staying there. We were in town for the Mammoth Half Marathon and this home met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mammoth Summit 274 We visited Mammoth this past week and had a good time. The unit was updated but note that there are a lot of stairs so be careful if you have someone in your party mobility issues which we did... Overall the unit was good and we enjoyed our visit, we just a had a few issue but not enough to keep us from having a good time... The weather was awesome and we caught a lot of trout!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from spacious layout We stayed for President's day weekend when the pow dropped. So glad we were walking distance to Eagle and had underground parking so we didn't have to drive anywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Accommodations Visited in July 2017 and really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 adults and 3 children and there were plenty of sleeping accommodations for all. The big breakfast/dinner table was perfect for our family. Everything seemed recently updated including appliances. I would highly recommend this condo!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from April Ski & Snowboard Our group of 10 friends (8 adults, 2 children) enjoyed Summit 274 very much. The open layout between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms allowed for plenty of room to relax. Loved the modern cabin décor. The bunk bedroom, king bedroom, and queen loft bedroom each have a closet. In the evenings, we spent hours together at the awesome dining table and played board games. The Summit condo complex consists of 8 buildings. Unit 274 is in the 6th building away (east) from Eagle Base Lodge. We walked to the slopes carrying our gear but it may be challenging for beginners or young children, especially if the path or road is icy. Eagle Base Lodge typically closes for the season the 3rd Monday in April depending on weather and mountain conditions. There is one reserved parking space in the underground garage (marked 274) and 8 lettered first-come-first-serve spaces. Height limit is 7-feet, which is okay for most cars and SUVs. A lettered space did not become available until our 3rd night. Overflow parking is available in the outdoor lot two buildings west (subject to snow removal in winter). Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Unit 274 is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. There is one flight of stairs from the garage to the first floor and then one wide U-shaped staircase up to the second floor to the front door of the unit. The outdoor hot tub can be seen from the living room balcony. Access to the hot tub is a short walk from the unit. Wonderful to soothe aching muscles after a hard day of play!
