Comfortable, contemporary waterfront home in Belmont on Silver Lake. Property 306 has an open concept floor plan with sun-room/sitting room, kitchen and dining area, and living room with A/C unit and large field-stone wood burning fireplace. All bedrooms are on the upper level. One bedroom has a twin and a full bed. Another bedroom has a twin bed, and the third has a queen. There are two full bathrooms. Relax on the large deck overlooking the water. Enjoy morning coffee or play a game of Foosball in the screened gazebo. With an expanded cable package, you can watch the sports networks and not miss your favorite teams. This property has a large yard and basketball hoop. Play in the water or sit on the sandy beach with gradual decline. Great location for a getaway.

**Please Note: The water is shallow and can be weedy in this area. This property does not have a dock. There is no access to loft, basement, or either storage area. Fans are located in each bedroom. One pet accepted for $150 fee and with prior owner approval. Please do not use the paddle boat and the fire pit.

The house, 306 was architecturally cool and unique to stay in. The lake views were spectacular. Perfect wading area for children. Plenty of propane for the grill. Overall great time. If I am to be nitpicky... window and door screens had holes, no clearly identifed garbage/recycle cans, and the broom broke.
