Lake Winnipesaukee - Waterfront - 410

Spacious waterfront home with a large deck perfect for the whole group

Nice waterfront home with room for the whole group, a large deck with great views, four season sunroom and large recreation room. Property 410 has four bedrooms; two on the main floor. One has a king bed (master bedroom), the other has two twins. Two bedrooms are on the lower level; one has a queen, the other has a set of twin bunk beds. There is a queen sofabed in both the recreation and living room. There are kayaks to cruise the cove in and enjoy the private dock for your 24' boat. A fantastic spot for the group to relax, have fun, and enjoy. Sandy area at shoreline is in a shallow portion of a cove and can be weedy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lake rental disappointment My family rented this home on the lake for a week in August. The living accommodations were adequate. However the water area was less than adequate. It is listed as having a sandy beach and the photos show that also. But you can't use the water other than for kayaking. There is so much muck on the bottom that you sink in it. My 7 year old granddaughter went in the first day before we realized the condition and we had to pull her out of the muck and she lost her water shoe because it was so deep in the muck. We rented this particular house because we thought the kids would be able to use the water and beach, but NO!!! We had to drive to go to a public beach so we could swim and play in the water which defeats the purpose of renting on the lake and renting a house that shows a beach. Not worth what we paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vacation 2017 We had a great time at this house. Plenty of room for all, kitchen a bit on the small side. Washer Dryer very convenient. Beach was great and the lawn great for games. The water is murky and lots of reeds and lily pads. Was fine for kayaking and floating.
