Property 314 is a cute and charming pet-friendly waterfront cottage located in Moultonborough on Lake Winnipesaukee with a great level yard. This one story Ambrose Cove classic home has two bedrooms sleeping five; one has a queen bed, and the other has a full. There is also a pullout sofa bed for additional sleeping. This home has a new refrigerator, new kitchen floor, and remodeled full bathroom with a shower stall only. The furnishings are casual camp-style with updated upholstery and bedding. The source of heat is a wood stove. Relax on the screen porch with lovely lake views or down by the water at the natural shore-front with easy access into the lake.
The dock at this property can accommodate up to a 30 ft. boat and is the perfect spot to watch boats at the Marina. The cottage is just a 20 minute drive to beautiful downtown Wolfeboro for excellent options in dining and shopping, as well as being close to many other Lakes Region attractions. *Please park in driveway only*

Loved our week on the lake. Rented a pontoon boat for three days, that was perfect. Our dog loves swimming and chasing balls at the dock. We also enjoyed kayaking from the house. It had all the amenities we were looking for. We had a fun week on the lake and would rent again.

I found the process easy, and the cleaning service did a good job, also the clean sheets and towels provided reduced what I had to pack to go. Compared to other trips that I've used their competitor airbnb, I found natural retreats to provide better service as well as an actual human that I could easily contact.

The cottage was quaint and comfortable everything you need.Right on the lake hear the loons at night.nice screen in porch.great time of year see the leaves changing. Everything was close by. Great cottage.

Communication was very easy and I appreciated how they let us know when our cottage was available so we could check in earlier than 5pm. They called a few days before arrival to check in and make sure we knew everything about the check in process, and answered and questions. Also the cottage was cleaned well and I liked that they provided a little starter kit of kitchen and bathroom products.

Natural Retreats could not have been more responsive to a few issues of our own doing that occurred during our stay. After a long day of unpacking we locked ourselves out of the house, even though it was after hours on a Saturday night we were able to get another key within minutes and get back to enjoying our vacation.

Another fantastic week in the books at #314! It was perfect in every way...Swimming (sometimes w/o a bathing suit), rowing on "Lollipop", hiking and watching the lake go by from the screen porch. Can't wait to go back next year!

Booking was easy. The office staff were amazing and So very helpful. The check in / check out was simple. The property views were spectacular. We enjoyed our week boating, playing games, swimming, driving to get ice cream and sitting on the dock reading a good book or just watching the sunrise and sunsets. Our vacation was Pretty fantastic!

The property that we stayed in worked well for us, however, the property owners should really re-think the furniture placement on the porch. While the porch was a nice size, three over-sized wicker furniture pieces (each without a full set of cushions!!!) crammed into that space doesn't work. Uncomfortable.

Peace & Quiet...
I had a fantastic week (Sept 21-28) at this cottage. Steps away from the lake, with a great dock to lounge on. The cottage is adorable and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. So relaxing to watch the loons during the day and hear them at night. There's an aluminum rowboat I used often, and rowed to a nearby tiny island to tie up to and enjoy a picnic lunch. Nice walking on dirt roads, and the Castle in the Clouds is a short drive away for hiking, horseback riding, and touring the castle, with amazing views. The Pine Cone Cafe is nearby as well and is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner.
The only bad part is that I had to leave!

Wonderful bit of peace and sanity

Beautiful Black's Landing
This is the 4th year we have rented this sweet 2 bedroom house on Black's Landing Road in Moultonborough, NH. We originally rented it because it is pet friendly but even after our beloved golden retriever passed away, we continue to rent it because of the beautiful view and the peace and quite of Ambrose Cove.
