Property 208 is a well-maintained ranch in the beach access community of Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club. Large deck and yard has lots of space in which to relax. Comfortable, casual furnishings with open concept living/dining/kitchen area, plus separate family room and ceiling fans throughout house. There are three bedrooms; one with a king bed, another with a queen, and another with two twins. There are two full bathrooms - one with a tub/shower combo and one with shower stall only. This home is a very short walk to a shared community beach, picnic area, docks, and is close to many Lakes Region attractions. There are two kayaks included as well! If you intend on bringing or renting a boat during your stay with us, there is a boat slip is available for an additional $100 per week; please use slip #14B. You must let us know upon booking if you intend on using upon booking.
