A Rocky Top Escape

Escape on a wrap-around deck with views of the Great Smoky Mountains

A Rocky Top Escape is a two-bedroom, two-bath log cabin in Pigeon Forge, at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Comfortably sleeping six, this spacious cabin offers spectacular views, and a stunning wood interior to create a warm and welcoming ambiance.

There are two master suites, both featuring king-sized beds and large, Jacuzzi tubs, as well as large, stone fire places to add to the rustic elegance. The upstairs master suite also has a private bath and access to a balcony. Additional sleeping quarters can be found in the great room, where guests can use the suede sleeper sofa, and also features a stone-stacked fireplace and a television, with a DVD player.

The top level of the cabin features a game room, where guests can play a game of pool, or try their luck on the vintage arcade game. A Rocky Top Escape comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The large, wrap-around deck features a hot tub, a sauna, a charcoal grill, and plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the mountain views.

As our gift to you for booking with us, we will offer free admission to select Smoky Mountain attractions.  Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks Museum, the Smoky Mountain Opry and a host of other amazing experiences.  It’s our way of saying “thanks!”

We apologize, but A Rocky Top Escape does not accommodate pets and does not have Wi-Fi.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoyed the extras We visited this cabin in October for my daughters fall break. The cabin is nice with a nice view off the front porch. Completely wooded surrounding the rest of the canin. Close neighbors all around that you can hear but blocked by the trees so its fine. We enjoyed the arcade, pool table, hot tub and sauna. The fireplace didnt work the first day we tried to turn it on, but this was fixed the same day. (although i would expect these things to be checked once it is time to start using them oct 1st -before someone has to call). Overall, great and relaxing stay!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exhilarating get away!!! My brother and I planned this trip to the Smokey mountains because it was on our bucket list. The cabin was relaxing and it felt secluded. I will do it again in a heartbeat. I can't say enough about the gracious tennessee people and the beautiful landscape. Overall....a wonderful experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of room Loved the cabin itself but parking was terrible. Would not stay at this cabin again just because of the parking. So steep I was worried that myself or my wife or grandkids were going to go rolling down the driveway. Service was exceptional at the cabin. We had a issue with the hot tub and someone came to the cabin in less than thirty minutes and worked until we were satisfied. Best service of anywhere I have ever stayed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Apparently better than Disney World This was our second stay in Rocky Top Escape. We gave our kids (ages 15, 8 & 8) the choice this year to visit Disney World or Gatlinburg for our family vacation. They asked if we could come back to this cabin, when we said yes, it was a unanimous GATLINBURG! This is a clean, comfortable cabin that is great to come back after a day of exploring to just relax and unwind, yet, it's just a hop, skip and a jump from anything you would like to do while visiting. While the cabin is surrounded by other cabins, you would never know it as a dense surrounding of trees makes you feel like you have the whole forest to yourselves. Keep in mind that the driveway is NOT for the faint of heart, but a good emergency break and a nice cold beer will set your mind at ease. The staff at Natural Retreats was very accommodating, making sure we had entry/exit codes and had an overall pleasant time. Needless to say, more memories were made this year and hopefully we will return to make many more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice place It was nice. But when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the cabin and the fridge wasn't working properly. However they came out quickly to fix it. It was a very nice place, nice amenities, but doesn't have the best mountain view

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful clean home! We visited A Rocky Top Escape for our 27th wedding anniversary in January 2017. We couldn't have been more pleased with the cabin. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. My husband is already talking about coming back next year.
