Great cabin for family with young children

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights in August along with our daughter and three grandchildren ages 9,8, and 4. We had plenty of room inside and the outdoor space was perfect for kids - little trails, log bridges, a creek, and cute playhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels, etc. Beautiful porch/balcony area. Although you feel secluded on this property, it is only about a 20 minute drive on paved roads to the main thoroughfare in Pigeon Forge.

Very clean and nice amenities.

This cabin is wonderful. It was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the special touches with the addition of the trails and a playhouse. There isn’t much of a view, but relaxing in the secluded and wooded area more than made up for it. The cabin does need more outdoor lights. The porch lights were very dim and the deck does go right up to the side of a bank, which made us a little apprehensive to use the hot tub at night without being able to see well....especially since we saw bear tracks nearby. Great and clean cabin though, at a wonderful value. I hope to come back soon.

A Welcoming Home

Stayed in in late March 2018 for a week. Just a party of 2, but plenty of room if we invited another couple and 2 small children. The cabin was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Suitably located and easily accessible by any type of vehicle if the road conditions appeared challenging. Would definitely recommend this cabin and stay here again.

Great accommodations!

Our May 2017 visit was great.....accommodations/cabin couldn't be any better. Very nice gated community, local to PF, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountains National Park; although the Natural Retreats crew had some additional work, cleaning up after the bear(s) each morning.

Bear Paw #15 was Amazing!

We visited for a wedding and feel in love with this cabin. This one has a pool table on the bottom floor, kitchen, bath and very large dining table, upstairs has 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Each room has a jacuzzi tub and amazing views. Outside was a hot tub. Walking trails and even a little playhouse next to a creek. The staff in the office was great and gave some money saving tips to go to Dollywood. The lodge was so beautiful where the wedding was held

Nice location

I visited this home in October 2016 with my husband and in-laws. Overall it was a nice place and my favorite part was the woods that surrounded the cabin-very private and secluded. The trickling of the stream was nice but the water was low so it wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. This cabin is about 10 miles from Pigeon Forge. We had some problems with the washing machine-it would not drain and we called the next morning but no one ever came to fix it. Also the toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom needs to replaced or fixed-it doesn't sit straight on the toilet. Also there are not closets-just armoires to hang clothes. Their was plenty of linens, and cooking supplies to use during our stay. I loved the TV on the porch-that was a nice touch however, It would have been nice to have a written guide as to what channels were available on the TV's-the guide selection on the remote when selected showed lots of channels but most of them were not viewable when you selected them-so it took a while to locate a preferred channel that was viewable. The decor in the cabin was very nice and well done. I loved the fall tree where the pool table was located and the fall decor on the mantle-that was an extra touch that felt very warm and homey.

Great times in woods

Our stay was in August 2016. We had a great time hiking with the kids in the Smoky Mountains and going to Dollywood. The Cabin is in a great location if you want to be away from it all. And this is what we wanted for our family. The kids loved the community pool and our cabin's hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the woods. The cabin itself was very clean and relaxing feeling to it.

Home Away From Home!!

I visited the Natural Retreats at Bear Paw in Tennessee & had the best vacation of my life!! There was so much to do! Grill, play pool, go in the jacuzzi on the patio, or the jetted tub in the bedroom!! The pool wasn't far from our cabin & no one was using it, so all week we swam & had it to ourselves, it was awesome!! the office was so curtious & didn't pester like some places do. We will definitely be back!!
