Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weekend trip My wife and I reserved another cabin and were "upgraded" to this cabin due to a problem in the other cabin. We had reserved a cabin on top of the mountain with a view. This cabin had no view at all except of other cabins and woods. We opted to stay there to avoid the hassle of having to move when we were only going to be there for 4 nights. You could see other cabins through the windows and off the porch where the hot tub was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing, relaxing vacation! Everything about this place surpassed my expectations. The cabin was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and responsive. The property is phenomenal - stay in a small cabin in the woods without seeing another cabin. Then. drive up the mountain and experience the views. Best pool ever - swim with the most amazing mountain views!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Relaxing We needed a few nights away from reality. Had a wonderful time. There's so much to do and see in the area, but we spent the majority of our time just relaxing here in the cabin!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but we won't return Overall our visit was just OK. Nothing spectacular. I wasn't expecting the cabins to be so close to each other. Being in the mountains I would of thought it would have been more private and not feel like living in a neighborhood. This vacation classifies as a "been there, done that, won't be back" type of thing. My husband and I visited last month and rented Cabin #75, which was a super nice cabin, last one on the lane, and mountain view. We loved this cabin, but it would've been nice if the resort had hiking trails or just something you could do on the property. Traffic in PF was ridiculous so we avoided going there as much as possible. More particularly with this stay, upon arrival we noticed our cabin was freezing and the thermostat was set to 70 but it was only 54 degrees. To make a very long, frustrating story short the propane tank was empty and therefore the furnace and fireplaces would not work. Propane could not be delivered until the next day so we had to move to this cabin #6 for the night, and then return to our original cabin for the remainder of the weekend. This cabin was nice, simple, and clean. The heat worked so that was a major plus. But it was nothing compared to the cabin we rented. I didn't make a big fuss over it, stuff like this happens. I know some people would of walked out of this resort with a full refund. But it is fair to receive refund for the difference between the rate of Cabin #6 and Cabin #75 for one night. I can't believe I even had to ask for that. The check-in office said Natural Retreats would contact me and refund me. That never happened. In conclusion, there's nothing wrong with this cabin or resort, but there's nothing special about it either.
