Working within a rapidly growing, multi-national, award winning leisure company the Executive Personal Assistant will work effectively with the entrepreneurial, fast paced CEO to assist with the continued growth of Natural Retreats.

With outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence, assertiveness and professionalism the Executive Personal Assistant embraces the rapidly evolving working environment building strong relationships across the company and up to board level and with external contacts. Able to challenge upwards and to juggle a number of tasks at all times the EPA works effectively through using their initiative, strong communication skills and amazing organisation. The EPA will have a strong commercial background able to rapidly gain an understanding of the business and apply it to all aspects, taking the initiative in the absence of the CEO.

Role specifics:
- Full time
- Based from EU Regional Office in Wilmslow with occasional travel across the UK/US.
- Salary range: £28 - £35k
- Must hold full UK Driving licence
- Flexible working hours

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing full Executive PA support to the CEO – 80% corporate 20% personal
- Extensive diary and travel management
- Facilitating and on occasions attending client meetings and events, either with the CEO or on his behalf
- Processing monthly credit card expenses
- Attend meetings and take minutes at board/exec meetings
- Produce and collate high quality documents and presentations
- Undertaking research and collation of material for meetings and presentations
- Liaise with the wider business to gain and compile information
- Be discreet, trustworthy and confidential at all times
- Assist with some elements of Regional office organisation
- Supporting the other Directors/Executive team members
- Assist the board and leadership team with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects

Experience

- Previous experience working at Executive PA level, preferably within a travel or hospitality business, is essential
- Clear exposure to social media and evidence of technical skills
- Evidence of dealing with challenging people and situations
- Experience within a high level administrative role
- Able to demonstrate high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness in prior roles

Skills

- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and intuitive to the CEO’s requirements
- Fantastic technology skills - Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as knowledge of Apple products and systems
- Experienced with social media
- At ease working in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing business
- Ability to multitask and manage rapid change, under pressure
- Used to using initiative to generate effective solutions, often in the absence of the CEO
- Self starter with a confident working style
- Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial company and keen to take on challenges
