As of August 27, 2025, Natural Retreats will no longer be operating in the communities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, Gatlinburg, and Cosby in the Great Smoky Mountains. Homes previously found on our rental program can now be found with Venture Resorts, a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company in the Smokies. Please know that there will be no changes to existing rental agreements, as they have been transferred to Venture Resorts. Additionally, guests may rest assured that they will receive the same great service with Venture Resorts that they have come to expect with Natural Retreats.
