Our History

It began as a simple idea. To bring luxury and Nature together.

And to do it in a way that didn't harm the environment, but rather contributed to the well being of the communities in which we decided to develop.

When the idea first came about in the late 90’s there simply wasn't anything to compare it with. We had to change the way people thought about luxury holidays in the UK and to do that meant starting from scratch.

The first designs for our luxury residences answered a complicated need. We wanted luxury, we wanted environmentally sensitive design and we wanted to ensure our development, fitted the local environment. The result is an award winning residence that stands as a testament to what can be achieved if the vision commitment and belief is there.

Now we are in the process of acquiring land in or around all 14 National Parks, to enable us to bring our unique focus to bear in the most spectacular locations our country has to offer.
